From miniature design assist to delivery, each process is in house, for example tool making, roto casting, injection, spray painting, pad printing. Large or low quantity miniatures purchase, there are varies crafts for your option. For small quantity, we will suggest to make them by CNC or STL, while for large quantity, mass production by injection mold is the best choise.
Before practical production, we will make clay sample that is red wax 3D model or white wax 3D model, which is 10% larger than actual 3D design, for customer better inspection on miniature structure design.

Size and Shape: Custom size, shape and construction.
Our professional and experienced technician will assist customer on figure and miniature design, to make it’s structure and construction suitable for mass production with reasonable price.
As well, Game Doer will send suggestion on miniature design modification to lower it’s unit price. Sometimes, even a tight structure adjustment will dramatically influence the mold cost.

Miniature and Figure Color:
Pure Color without painting, miniature lover can paint these small figures with their imagination.

Material: Most figures and miniatures for board game are made of hard PVC, to make some cute miniatures like small insects, creatures, we will suggest to use soft PVC.
All the miniatures produced by Game Doer use 100% pure virgin, environmental and non-toxic material which meet with EN71-2-3, ROHS certificate and European safety standard.

Painting:
Pure color miniature and figure won’t need further painting
To make colorful miniatures, the original miniature will be white, then to have further painting.

Surface Treatment of Miniatures: Smooth surface without any burr, colorful painting to make the figures being vivid.
Artwork file format for mass production: .psd .cdr .stl. step, stp, any other format
Process for Our Cooperation:
Step 1. Customer send us the miniature design, files can be Stl. Stp. Step. Dwg and other 3D format
Step 2. Game Doer’s professional technician will study the deign to make sure it’s good for build molds. Besides, our technician will support with most professional suggestion on design modification to lower the mold cost and product cost.
Step 3. When both customer and our mold engineer reached a final miniature design agreement, we start to make a sculpture which is 10% larger than real design.
This is for customer’s final checking for the construction of his miniatures in case there is any further modification.
Step 4. Once customer receive the sculpture and confirmed it’s good. We begin to build mold. When mold finish, we send injected miniatures to customer.
Step 5. When trial miniatures are good. We start mass production.
