Custom Plastic Cubes Producing Process:

1. When customer send us his design of custom plastic cubes, we will first confirm detail requirements with customer, like color, quantity, packing case and others, so that we can arrange to prepare raw material in advance.

2. Make free samples, which is without painting and printing, for customer shape and size checking. Artwork file format can be .cdr .stl. step, stp, any other 3D formats.

3. When raw material comes to our warehouse, our professional QC will inspect the material carefully, such as moisture content of the materials. Usually, the plastic will be dried at our specific drying room before used to mass production.

4. Mold building. Usually, mold cavities will based on customer purchase quantity.

5. Painting. At Game Doer, we use water-based varnish which is absolutely environmentally friendly to paint all of our products.

6. Dry. After painting, we will put all the products to drying room to dry them.
