Round Cardboard Tokens for Board Games Characteristics: Firm and low deviation coating of printed art paper at both sides of gray cardboard, and with high precision die.
It’s very important to make sure the front art paper artwork and back one are coated without deviation, which will lead to precise die on the cardboard tokens. Usually, large deviation will result in a poor board game playing experience. For round cardboard tokens, even slight deviation will be obviously since they are small in size. So it requires extremely high precision on art paper coating at both sides of cardboard.

How can we produce high precisely died round cardboard tokens?
First, we build die cutting tool when printed paper are totally dried, without anymore shrink. In this way, the die cutting tool can be 100% accurate in cutting dimension.
Second, the die cutting tools we use are imported, which have higher quality and much more durable even after thousands of cutting. It hardly get dull.
Third, we use automatic coating machine to coat art papers to both sides of cardboard, which ensures highest precision of coating match.
Four, we make mass production die cutting after 20 hours but within 36 hours when art paper are printed. And our advanced fully automatic coating machine can do all this.
Finally, combined with our unique coating technique which is by accumulated experience for over 11 years’ custom board game production, we can control the deviation of cutting within 0.5mm.
Cardboard Tiles Material. Art Paper + 1.0mm / 1.5mm / 2.0mm / 2.5mm or more thicker gray cardboard.
For the backside of the round cardboard tokens, it can be coated with black special paper, art paper, CCNB or just keep as the original color of gray cardboard.
